Flynn experiences full-blown glee when certain types of poker players crash and burn at the table. Flynn also feels a little guilty for this glee, as he normally does not revel in the bad fortune of others. Ollie, on the other-hand, takes less obvious glee, but does not feel the least bit guilty about it.

It matters not if Flynn, Ollie, or another player is the one to punish the offender. It just matters that he or she goes down. The question is ~ what type of player deserves to see the felt numerous times in a session? Below is a rough draft, not in order:

  • Verbose know-it-all
  • Cranky-pants
  • Angle shooter
  • Space invader
  • Gloater
  • Flynn’s kryptonite
  • Ollie’s kryptonite

So, time running out, we will continue this in-depth look at feeling mean at the poker table, and whether that is good or harmful to the psyche at a later date. In the meantime, ponder on your targets and let Flynn know what to add to the list.
